But since you asked, I'll answer anyway (before some people start trolling this. ;P).

To initiate a PvP, You must attend a GM-thrown PvP event. They're usually during the day (Mind you, SoS is run by Pacific Daylight Time -7 GMT) everyday. Read the notices in game for such events and read up on the Events section here at the forums for more details.

You cannot initiate a PvP outside these events. People have been speculating a 24/7 PvP arena; but don't count on it since there hasn't been any official announcement or statement about it yet. ^^;;

And still you use the word *** very much. Which isn't a word last time I saw. And also no standard abbreviation(spelling on that word?). W.t.f. would be the way to abbreviate it :)
