No Kindom Quest???

everytime i sit and wait...wait...and wait for a kq I click participate at the second of the minute change always to be told quest cannot be found then i watch the participants line up as im being told the quest cannot be found and then after many clicks im told that there are too many participants lol. is this a lagg issue or a bug/glitch i havent been able to to a kq in over a week and i have tried standing in a unpopulated area or sighning in at 3 am (est) but still (cannot find kingdom quest lol oh wait now there are too many participants) maybe if you could gain some decent xp by training/grinding the whole server wouldent be trying to join a kq at once. if anyone knows why i cant join in kq plz hit me back

It's getting more and more people that want to join and more and more people that read on forums about the 'trick' how to get into them, so everyone is really fast now.

Hint: Don't click participate when the time jumps, click it when the status changes to "Recruiting" and you see the first participant.
