Just put all your stats into POW until level 16. >.>;
When you job advance to Rogue, you'll be TOLD what stats you'll need, as well as being given the chance to reset your stats (for free).

i think she's asking what are good stats to put AFTER class changes

Eh, I've been doing pure AGI, and only adding to POW when I need to equip the higher level shields.
