I was in a party killing red-named monsters. There was a squire in the party who is same level as me. He was doing double amount of damage of mine on the same monsters oO. I know squires do higher damage than neophytes, but double amount? >< I've never seen a squire do that much more damage than me on white or gray named monsters. What do you think the problem is? I have nearly all agi. Would more Pow help to improve damage against tough monsters? I think agi and pow add same amount of attack power, but now I'm not sure what else (other than WT) pow could do for us beyond what we could see.

Nope, AGI adds a slightly less attack strength than POW does. Besides just looking at the squire's stats you should check if it is the gears that are giving the squire the attack power. Some gears are +1 or enhanced, so they give more stats.

You must also realize that you, a rogue, attack nearly twice as fast as his squire.
I think that makes up for the raw power discrepancy.

Ohh I see..
So do you think it's not too bad to add few more Pow than the amount I needed for shields? I have rest into agi. I have no interest in mentality xD

Im still at lvl 4x, im starting to give all stat on POW now since the attack speed is useless when you use threaten skill, i can reset it later at lvl 66 to pure AGI

Depend on how you use Threaten. Attack speed isn't useful if you continuously spam it. But if you use Threaten, normal hit, Threaten alternating, attack speed plays a good role there. That's what I do. I also think this way outputs little higher damage than spamming Threaten.

it is interesting how the timing goes when weaving. i sometimes use threaten and 0.1sec later get a normal attack, while other times it is significantly longer before a noemal attack. it seems like the combination of two periods, eg normal attack every 0.7sec, and threaten at every 1sec. but if the threaten happens at the same time then the normal attack doesn't happen.
iff adding agility then the attack time will decrease, while threaten will remain constant, i'm guessing when attack time gets much faster(under 0.5?) it might give more damage to do threaten, then 2 attacks and then threaten.

I don't see the big deal in Power, I was in a party with a level 39 neophyte with a pow/agi build, and I was out-damaging him by sheer rate of attacks.

MEN IS VERY IMPORTANT GET SOME AT LEST 4 Men give crit for both normal and skill at a rate of 2 stats/3 point. the more you crit the very your DPS is.
DPS = damage per second.
