It's pretty good for Paint, IMO. But I don't really like "tall" signatures.

Try getting GIMP, it's what I use. Look up some tutorials. It's pretty easy to use. :)

not bad.but IIIII suggest using photoshop 7.0 or higher. Very good for making sigs.
