Why did youpick a cleric?

why did you pick to be a cleric well you might have just cause you wanted to but there are some ppl who know the secret!


The secret is that clerics can heal from lvl 3 and that is an advantage!so did you know that well there is one more thing.Clerics have an average amount of stats and they are distributed good too.Also you can get into parties easier cause they need someone to heal them as they fight.Also one last thing clerics dont need to stop and heal as ofter they only need sp so do not get hp stones only sp and save money!

You're asking why people picked the cleric as their class...

Then you're writing a bunch of lines of self-evident text.

Also, no. When you first start the game you have no idea what to expect from the class other than supportive skills such as heal, but no idea what the game is like let alone what's the use of the cleric class on this game.

So no, you can't say "some people that know better what to choose" as you have no idea what to expect from the game or the class when first starting. So unless you've already played the game on another class or you've heard from a friend etc. then you have no way of telling what to expect!

Some people, like myself, chose the class because they like to heal and help other players.

Which I occasionally do.

i too picked cleric due to the fact that i like to heal others and help them out, but i also have 3 other chars too, check my sig for details, i think people will choose the class they think looks coolest, and anyone with experience playing mmorpgs will have a pretty fair idea of what each class is capable of, and therefore will stick to the same classes theyve played before, as they know how they work. now im not saying this is going to be the case for everyone, but it was true for me. ^_^

I started off as an archer. Around level 15-ish I got curious about all those clerics with their heal, and I wanted to heal people. So I started up a cleric. Needless to say, now she's nearly level 50. :D I like being in control. I like to heal, cure, rez, etc. I do enjoy playing my archer and, now, my fighter... but one thing I always hate is being at the mercy of clerics, unless I want to burn a ton of stones or rest a lot.

I too started as an archer first but around lvl 25 i began to be verry difficult because you dont have the damage to kill the mob before that he reaches you and you dont have the defence to stay allive without using 2-3 potions.

Thats why i became a cleric so i can heal myself and i only need to buy sp stones/pots. (the others go to my archer).

And ofcourse i like to heal and help others:D

my very first character was a mage. i liked it till it became level 20. i couldn't kill my so called "clone", money was a problem, no pots. So then i heard that archer pawns when they get high level.. but alas.. money was still a problem. then people said that a cleric is a good farmer.. and it is! i don't use hp/sp pots regularly. money was not a problem since i solo and get all the loots.

My first characters were an archer and a mage. Had a little difficulty with both, because I was somewhat unfamiliar with the game, didn't party, didn't empower, so on. So, I decided to try out the cleric and see if they were any easier with their restorative abilities. Turns out, that even without using skill points or empowering until lvl 22, I still managed to beat my shadow! Anyways, I love healing and will happily drop a heal on anyone if they need it. Most o fthe time, they don't even have to ask. I also don't mind reviving people if they need it either. In return, nice people either ask me to party or keep an eye on me in case I get in a jam, or have to step away from the computer for a minute. :)

I chose cleric because all my life when playing games i always used swords so i decided to try something else and i love clerics i love to heal people (In COD3 i am always medic)maces and hammers are cool cus you can just smack enemies
right in the face unlike a sword its always chopping limbs and sh** thats why i chose cleric:D

well i was 1st a mage but as soon as i saw that clerics could heal other people i changed right away because i love how it feels to heal and buff and rez other people and give them live and save them money how ever i did not pick it to heal mself! and yea we do need to but hp stones if we are fighting big monsters or a big mob so we still need to buy hp pots and stones
