i have a serious problem of my character

when i loged in one of my characters ,it only kept the same image every time without moving ,doing every thing and the game client brakeing down.
i want to know why?

Im not sure whats going on either since no one has responded yet, but its happening to alot of characters.

You log on to your character and the game freezes, I dunno. But its gotta get fixed sometime, this is horrible.
