whats the difference between blessed elrue, lucky elrue and the ordinary elrue

Blessed: decreases the chances of item breaking by a small chance.

Lucky: Can raise item by +2 by a small chance.

Normal: just that...normal

Lol I always thought Lucky Elrue/Lix/Xir had a higher chance to [+] than Blessed
Then Normal had a higher chance to [+] than Blessed because Blessed keeps Breaking my weapons D:
