Neophyte Quest?

How do i find the quest to become a neophyte? Any help is welcome. Thanks

Go to Reinmoth, she's somewhere by the Solstice Trainer/Guide. You need 4 pendants. Once you have those, she will ask you what job you want to be and teleport you.

It's easy to get the pendants while still training to lvl 16. At around 14 or 13 go two maps west, kill blue poyo's still you get 4/4, then come back one map. The other 3 can be found on this map.
