Anyone know the quest NPC (and location) that needs the item "Soldier's Letter"? I got about 20 of these things and have no clue what to do with them. Wish this game just had a list of quests you haven't done and where to talk to the person.

Arianmsani, you're confusing the Soldier's Diary with the Soldier's Letter.
The Soldier's Diary is for the Crazy Old Man quest (for his lost son - which you can obtain by talking with the Guild Office west of Arcarnius Square and choosing the 'help find the son' or something like that quest from their options, and then talking with the Crazy Old Man in the Square).
...As to the topic of this thread, I have NO clue myself. xD; If someone could tell me what the Soldier's Letter is for, I'd greatly appreciate that, too!

Er....U can use both diary and letter for the quest...didnt ya know?

Strange, I was told one or the other, and only used the Diary. o.o; [And now that I can no longer do the quest, I just NPC them.]
Guess that means I can NPC all the 1xx Letters I have. ^^;

Yeah, someone dropped 32 letters and 26 diaries at the RI corner 2 days ago..
