You guys too, eh? Something must be up with the server then.

it isnt the server, for some reason our accounts r still active in the server and we cannot log them off.
therefor we cannot access the game because it suspects a multi log in.
they should make an auto idle log out feature to solve this problem.
it would however... that would ruin alot of people's private shops... so if they could make it specifically to only affect those not running a shop or something... i dunno. but this is bs.
i want to know what theyre doing to solve this, because its apparently been happening for awhile.

i was able to play this morning again but now i got my account hang again.
however i notice something, my account was working fine again until i tried to log in again. when i come to the login into server box, i click on the open beta too many times and a box came out "your account has been log on to the server' or something like that. and the next thing is, the game closes and back into the launcher. tried log in again and the ' previous connection detected error' happened again. so what i can conclude is, this 'previous connection error' is due to clicking the server too many times. we will have to wait until the server drops our accounts out before we can log in again. apparently the previous connection detected . do you want to disconnect? yes/no is to prompt you weather to disconnect the connected account. however it is not functioning well because even if we press yes the connected account will not be disconnected. i hope outspark staff will see into this issue. thanks.

Yeah, there have been others that have the same problem. I can't say for sure what a good solution would be though. You can however contact the support team here: support@outspark.com. If you could, please provide them with the following details and they should be able to assist you in greater detail.

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe

If you for some reason are unable to obtain any of these details, just provide them with partial information if you can. Your information will help them locate the problem and solve the issue faster. Once they receive these details, they can then provide this crucial information to their developers to accelerate their progress towards an eventual resolution.

i already did provide them with my information however what they did was ask me to wait saying that they was busy and they close my case while putting my case as low priority.

They are busy, and it is low priority. High priority would be allot of people can't play. Like when a server is down, or bug makes it so no one can play. Since they are likely already working on the problem, it is low priority. Sorry that you can't get immediate help, but thats the way work is done at a real company, they must prioritize problems so they get as much as they can accomplished with the time and resources available to them. I am sure in the long run this problem will be addressed, so in the mean time you will have to wait patiently.

Yes i agree and i understand them since the server has only been open for almost a month, the staff must be very busy solving problems. I had this problem before and it was solve in around 2 days however i got it again yesterday. I am just suggesting that they would look into this issue about a function in a game not functioning well which leads to our account being stuck in the server.

Im sure When the servers are shut down for maint.. the accounts will be closed as well at that point... so wait till a server shut down usually around 2am and see what happens afterwards. Server maint isnt everyday, so it might be a few days, by the way Im having the same prob.

I've been having the same issue..
But I haven't been able to log-in for a week.

You'd think that with this many players experiencing this error, that it'd be put just a little bit higher on their "to-do-list".

But I don't run the show, so I'll just find something else to play in the meantime- if my pc can handle it.
