Cant start up the game, pls help!

As pointed out, my game cant start up. After the update page, the message comes out ' Xenclient has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience caused ' , someting like that and i cannot enter the game. i downloaded the game perfectly, updated wif the current patch 12/20 but i still cannot enter.. can somebody help me pls?

If ya posted it in general discussions, ppl wont reply...but just look at it....
