Men is important cause it lets you cast faster, which means you take less time to either heal or buff your whole party (or use IQ if you're soloing). Still, I would go full int till at least lvl 35 (with the pow for equips and maybe a few points on wis if needed) and only then start putting a few points on men every now and then. For the record, just two points won’t really make a big difference, but once you have more it will show.

As for Sta, it could help you last longer if you get mobbed, but overall if you and your party do your work well when it comes to managing the mob, you won’t really need any till the very high lvls (50+) where a few points could go in there mostly for the sake of it, as by this point you will probably have enough int for a good heal (150+ HP), enough men for a good cast speed (around 10 men maybe?) and even some wis for a better MP poll.

to expand upon this... anything under 10 MEN isnt really going to do much, you have to hit 10 or higher. As an apprentice, I have almost no wait time (my MEN is higher than 10, only at 10 did I really start to notice a SIGNIFICANT difference)

Sole purpose of Sta is to keep you from dying as an aco. If you don't want to kite, then keeping up with a mobs damage by boosting Sta helps.

To make a new thread, go into the category of the forums you wish to create it, say for instance the SoS "Mage" category, and click the 'New Thread' button at the top left.
