Second page of the skill master's alchemy section. It looks just like the regular HP and SP potions, but (obviously) they are on the second page, and have different descriptions. The skill masters that I KNOW carry them are: Skill master Ruby in Roumen, Paladin Master Keast, Warrior Master Marty, Enchanter Master Wishis, and Scout Master Deikid. (The last four are in Elderine)
