The quest where u have to go to that place where u have to kill dungeon arc mage books... The portal in MLT doesnt work... Is it at a certain lv u can enter cause i know u cant be 40 or higher but i can enter... Im not even 30 or higher... Think maybe the code for that portal is broken...???

You have to be lvl 30-39 to enter it is the same for all servers
