The Class change at 66 is currently bugged..

Or the place where you retrieve a quest item for the class change is bugged atleast. And yes, there is a person at lvl 66 already.

Ive actually seen a lvl 80+, i was in a party with them at an event and they were called an archer which has to be lvl 80 and over, you have to grind loads though, im at lvl 42 and it can ake over an hour to lvl up, depends how persistant you are

And Cig, the highest lvled SCOUT hasn't even reached 75 yet

Well it did say ARCHER, which means lvl 80 or above, thats what it implies, dont know if its a bug or not, but i know what it said
Was also wondering if there is some sort of rank/table indicating the highest lvl, coz i dont know how you could definately tell who is the highest, what if someone is higher than cig, i dont know.

I've been hearing that there is a level 79 cap for Open Beta. Which makes me want to take my time leveling since im in the 50's T_T;

Level Cap as of now for OB is lv 79
So, no.
Scouts are displayed as archers in the party screen and Disciples as Templars, but currently, I THINK Vindict is second at lvl 68+
