T2 Vitality recipe not working

I bought this recipe for 100s and didn't work when i try to activate it...
it says that you have already learned the skill and when I check on my scroll skill list, it shows that Vitality[2] has not been learned (in yellow).

Is this still bugged?
Please let me know if anyone else has the similiar problem

Have you got the production points in order to learn it?

make sure it is a production and not a fighter skill

unfortunately, my guess is that you were tricked into buying the Vitality[2] fighter skill from another player, if your scroll has a lvl requirement of 30, that's the fighter skill. it's really unfortunate that people exploit this bug in this way.... sorry, but i don't have any better news for u, you're out 100s
