captain jack...

Hi,
Yesterday i went to captain jack to be teleported to the ghostship, but he wouldn't do that because i wasn't lvl 40 ??
but i am a lvl 46 aprentice (mage)... so am i doing something wrong?
is it a quest for an other class, or is it a error?
plz advise...

You must be lvl 70 to enter.

Lvl70? Then how come u need a demon blood for class change,Vindict said they're insane 0.o
So that means u cant change class until someone finds and hunts for ya demon blood?
