How to master a Skill?

Please, someone could inform me how do I master a Skill? I got Mindbuster Master Skill. I looked for information in the Skill Merchant and there says that you can master mindbuster at lvl 16 and there isn't other level to mindbuster like the others skills. I tried to master double clicking Mindbuster Master Book and appears the message that I can use it, in spite of I'm above lvl 16.

you don't have to master mindbuster....that's just the name of the skill book...you can already use it...

sorry, but it doesn't work. As I said above I tried double click in the book and appeared a msg saying that is not possible to use it.

hmmm you should post this in bug reporting then....I used it on my apprentice right after I job changed her and it worked :confused:...

Well, First of all, Is your job class Apprentice? o_O

Because if not, You will not be able to use that book. It's an Apprentice only skill, and you get that book automatically and for free (along with Magic Ice) when you first change jobs.

If you are an apprentice already, You must have already double-clicked it and learned the skill. Please check your Skills list window to see if you have - If you have it there, You've learned it. If not, then it means you're not an apprentice and therefore cannot learn the skill.

There is no other level for Mindbuster - Since it is the "master" book. The casting strength of your Mindbuster skill is dependant on your INT.

Ok. Let me be more clear.

I'm an Apprentice level 26 (Beltane). I learned mindbuster using Mindbuster Book got when I changed job. When I was training I got Mindbuster Master Book with different description when I right-clicked it. It dropped from a monster. So, I tryed to use it, but appeared the following exact message: "you cannot use the item".
Well, I don't think that both skill books are exactly the same coz the description are a little bit different. This book is not received when you change job and Skill Merchant doesn't sell it. Peharpes it is a bug as Shiryou wrote.
I've seen some ppl selling *** Master Skill Book. When you click in skills information at Skill Merchant you are informed about mastering skills and the level it is possible. There says that you can master mindbuster at level 16. So, I keep in doubt yet. Sorry if Im bothering with this question but, I have that book and, for sure, if it is possible to master some skills I'd like to master it coz maybe I can get higher dmg. Thanks at all.
At this level Im training with Magic Thunder (lvl 1). And I can go on using it, but I think that get mindbuster mastered I can get higher dmg from the monster untill I get level to use Lvl 2 Magic Thunder, am I wrong?

Mindbuster book is different of Mindbuster MASTER Book

-.o I was about to say, they are more or less the same book.(As I stated above, There is no higher skill level to Mindbuster @_#)

i guess the purpose of that "Mindbuster" master skill book is for u to sell it to a NPC or get lucky on having sum1 buy it lol
