Marian is in the LOST BRYNHILLD. @_# Well, That's where she was when I was playing Xenepic Online.

To reach her, You must pass the 4th level of the Brynhilld Sewers (or whatever they are called now -.-; ). Beware though, Lost Brynhilld contains very high level monster mobs and two boss monsters. However, I don't think you can get passed the 4th level of the sewers yet anywho, so I don't think could do the quest anyways.
