for some weird reason each time i click on it it says 'checking for updates to fiesta' can someone please help?? BTW i havent played this game before.

The patch can take up to 30 minutes, be patient. if it still doesn't work do the manual patch:

The lancher maybe have been updating. You'll just have to be patience. It may take that long. :).

i had the same problem. What helped for me was tweaking my firewall setting a bit...
