Newbie Help for a Newbie Cleric

I just started playing Fiesta today, and um...I don't really get it.

I finished the tutorial where you meet the Element Helper, and then go to that cleric girl...but what do I do after that? I gained to level 2, and then it told me to meet someone at somewhere. But I forgot! Who do I meet and where is he?

All you have to do is press "m" ;D
That way, it'll bring up the map.

See a red exclamation mark? That means a NPC has a quest for you. Go to that NPC in Roumen. You'll have to accept the quest and it'll give you something to do, and when you finish it'll give you rewards.

Or, you can continue killing slimes/mushrooms, and when you level up to lvl 3 you should get heal ;D

Look around the forums for some guides and tips!

Oh and yes...One more thing...I left my character alone for a few minutes and it fully healed. I was level 2. Does that happen often? How do you do that?

Were you mushroomed?
That means when you press the "home" key, it will go into a little mushroom house and heal both SP and HP.

OR, another cleric could've healed you. But that only works for HP xD

What server are you on? I have a 23 High cleric on TEva and a 17 Appr. Cleric on Bijou. Anyways, you were probably in your house, or somebody randomly decided to heal you. I suggest choosing some production skills early in the game so you will have time to upgrade to higher productions before it becomes a necessity.

Is there anyway to play the game online or do you really have to download it?
How to you close the chat box?

You have to purchase your skills from Ruby in Roumen. Once that is done, you can set them to a hotkey (1,2,3...) and just press that key to use them. You can't close the chatbox, but you can switch over to the whisper channel if the idle chatter gets annoying.

Okay, thank you Fatal Lace. What is your username? And I just made friends with someone online named Artti. I was whiper chatting with her for a while. After I stepped away from the computer a while I came back and whispered to her. But it said that the username cannot be found.

Does that mean she deleted her character?

How do you know if people are offline or online?
Is it possible to change your character's class?
What level do you have to be to defeat a Hero Slime?
If you just press "Close" during Fiesta and not press Log Off, would you lose your information?

if he/she is offline, the server would just assume that that particular user u tried to whisper does not exist

to know if some1 is off or online, just simply add them to your friend list found under the community tab on your bottom right screen or by simply pressing "F" when you're not on the chat box

when you hit the "X" close button, fiesta will just log you off with the quit game function, but it is advised to just use the menu to avoid any lose of data

your character is as what u choose when u create ur character, u can have a class upgrade but not a class change

as for hero slime, it's an elite monster so it's harder to kill compared to a general monster, i killed it at lvl 4 though

the usernames u can find me on are FatylLace (Cleric) & FatalLace (Mage), the other two i just use for storage/shops so even if they're online, i'm AFK anyway.

How do you know if people are offline or online? - you can try whispering them or if you've added them to your friend's list you will know right away

Is it possible to change your character's class? - not without deleting that character and starting all over

If you just press "Close" during Fiesta and not press Log Off, would you lose your information? - no, all your information is stored regardless of how the client shuts down (power outage, proper shut down, internet disconnect, etc)

Trebori posted a great link above that point you to the FiestaWIKI... some of the info is a bit out of date but for the most part it's accurate. You should go there and read & learn about the game a bit before you get too far. This will save you from huge headache down the line if you have incorrect stats, empowerments, etc. I would also browse the forums in each class to see what the consensus on building your character is. i didn't do that, but i'm satisfied with how my cleric turned out, but remember what works for me may not work for u.

but anyway, i would strongly suggest reading and learning as much as u can first... i'll try to whisper u in game when i have a chance... what time zone are u in btw?
