Bug at Alchemist quest

I make the Alchemist quest, he giveme 20 Xen Stones and a swor to refine. Then i go to the whitesmith and he say that i lost some materials and i cant continue with the quest, but i do this quest before and this never hapend to me. HELP PLEASE

im having a problem with this quest too, he says i can only do it every 24 hours, i've never done it.

i dont remm teh quest lvl or reward, all i know is that its teh one that they give you 20 Xen Stones (Quest) and a fusion test sword.

also your supposed to get it to lvl +3, i think it should be around 35ish.

When I try to do the alchemy quest, the npc (the alchemist in Essene) tells me there is a problem and implies I have an unfinished task. In any event, I cannot get the quest.

With the enchanter quest (same place), it says I don't have the right ingredients, when I have more than enough of each item.

Last, I have yet to find the npc for the soul stones. I have talked to every npc in Candyvault, Essene, and the starting city. Nothing.

I would love to see a list of working quests. That would probably be shorter than trying to list the broken ones...:rolleyes:

If you tak to the Alchemist in Essene, it will not work, the one in Bryn does though (as far as I know)
You can't be currently in the middle of the Magic Cane quest either...

I have the same problem. The Alchemist in Essene says that I'm in the middle of another quest and can't do his quest. I only have 3 other quests going on and they for other people (2 of them are for guards and one is for the grocery man). As for the soul stone quest, I bring him my stones and he, like the veg. girl, tells me that he has a gift for me, but can not find it and to come back later. I've quit so many veg. girl quests because when I go to turn in my items she can not find my gift.

Am I doing something wrong??

As far as I know, you can not start the quest from the alchemist in essene, only the in byrn.
