People buy that thing (forgot its name, costs 100 Kr) which allows them to be heard by all the server and they actually CHAT. The party and trade offers are ok, but reading smth other than that is very annoying.
Does anyone else thinks it should be banned?

Just block shout chat by clicking the little person icon on your blue chat bar and blocking them. >_>;

Well, I'm afraid chatting via Shouts is perfectly legal but yes, annoying.

You're going to have to deal with them if you wish to see trade requests and party offers.

We can't control other people's actions, and I don't think it's within the GMs' rights to control people's actions, despite how annoying they may be. ._.;

well... if you go to the mall or something you see all the sales, and still have to hear all the other people shouting and stuff.
