Sand Hill Scrolls

I'm just wondering, but does anyone know if the scrolls working yet? My character can't walk there on foot yet... (too many orange monsters) and I need to go for my quests...

No they're not working yet, I suggest you start reading the Announcements instead of wasting time making a thread about it.

to get to sand hill i use the elderine portal gaurd which is just to the left of the guild master
