When i try to login in to the game it show me character resource manager initialize fail What should i do?

Honestly I would post that into the "Troubleshooting" section of this forum. It has something to do with your software (or perhaps hardware) and those from Outspark can surely help you. ;)
We simple players can only tell you to actualize your drivers, check again the system requirements or even reinstall the game (with a newly downloaded installer). The programmers, admins or GMs/CSR are more helpful. :D

check the requirements if you dont have those when you download the game if you dont have the requirements the game will crash when you try to log in.
check the computer for viruses too and popups can slowdown the game so get virus protection (the new version) and popup blocker(also new version).
if this doesnt work your computer is sabotaged or rigged er something like that.
