hey...im lvl 39 so i asking about the Rogue class XD not neo, but Rogue!
i know u must be lvl 66 to class change but is there a quest u have to take? i just want to be prepared for it....like maybe ill try to hunt down any quest items i might need while i lvl up

yes and btw if your 39 worry about lvling and if u become lvl 65 worry about getting the items then. because its really pointless for you to get the items now.

btw the items for the rogue job change items are Red/Blue/Yellow Demon Stones, and White dagger/Instinct Armor w/ no ap or + on it. I would suggest buying the armor which suits your lvl and lvl fast as u can to 66 cause once you hit lvl 60 its hard to lvl.
