when i aLready running the game, it just says

i checked it and when i opened it it's a notepad

are u sure u are logged in your computer with administrator rights?
if no, do that. and reinstall, it might solve ur issue.

What is your Operating system? Some people have had similar problems when trying to install to Windows XP 64 or Vista 64 systems.

Send that information, and whatever error it is, to support@outspark.com, and to double check that, make a post in the troubleshooting forum as well.
