Help With A Noob Cleric

Hello guys, im new at the game and i've created a cleric (lvl 12 now), i have some questions to ask about the build.

i was reading some topics with builds but i still with questions.

so... where i need to put the points? actually my stats is endurance 9 str 3

and skill, what lvl i need to put heal? actually is 1 and i've put points into sp consumption and cooldown.... the same question about bash...


plz help me, and sorry my english, im from Brazil, dont speak english very good XD
