"abnormal state" - item lost?

i bought an item in the Fiesta store, a black dress set, and when i went to use it, it said "cannot use item due to an abnormal state" and now, my item that i paid for is gone. is there any way to get it back????:confused::confused::mad:

how do i use the beauty salon coupon??
i went into the beauty place, and changed my character, clicked 'apply' and it said i needed a coupon, anyone know why this would be, too??
