I am having a problem playing SoS.

this is a screen shot of what its like for me when I'm playing. When I'm in the server select, all I see is "OpenBeta" and the rest of the screen is black, in the character select screen it's all black apart from the character boxes. I had to guess where the character creation button was to make my char. Someone please help!
