Question about Fear

Hello i would like to know more about mages' skill Fear; someone tells it lasts 20 secs and it's unbreakable , others that it last no more than 5 secs .
Can someone explain well how this skill work?

Well fear makes you run randomly around the map for 20 seconds. you can't use spells. i think you can only use stones? nor sure about the usage of pots too. I dont really know how long this spell lasts since I'm not a mage, so I could be wrong about the 20 seconds thing.

Fear only last lie 1-3sec no more no less .... o well guess the GMs hate us mages... :P

Yeah lol, if fear lasted 20 seconds.. we'd own in guild wars. I'd say it lasts no longer than 5 seconds.

Looking at Drain Mind(fear) now.

Level 60 spell
128 sp use
cool time 1 min 30sec
effect for 20secs

Person runs around when cast on. They can use stones and pots.

65 Mage here. Works well in guild wars with chain spell..

It's 4 seconds for the first level of Drain Mind, and 5 seconds for the second level. It doesn't work on chief monsters, it does work on elite monsters.
