as a neo (pre-rogue) lvl 45

i spend just enough points in power to use the shield at my equipment lvl (=7)
+1 ever 10 lvls

i spent just enough points in stam to make the class change (=4)
+0 until more is needed

i spend the rest of my points in agility (=50)
+all available points each lvl except when power is needed

all other stats are unchanged (=1)
