Ok... so AG apparently warred us yesterday... and some of you won't believe me when I tell you why... because apparently a member in our guild insulted their guild...?

I know so many people in that guild its ridiculous and one of our members was a good friend of the leader ... but no one decided why don't we just talk with them a minute? We probably still would have friendly warred...

Instead I see gwing outside of town and this entire gw was an act of revenge because... one member of our guild said something? I'm just telling you've certainly lost my respect ... the guild as an entity and many whom I used to respect (I'm using that word for a reason RezPeCT... thanks a lot) that are in the guild ...

If someone did stand up and say let's not war them like this... its ridiculous or ... I know them most of them are nice people don't war their entire guild over one member... I thank you and am sorry...

There are many in the guild I still respect, but this is so childish I have to remind myself this is just what happens in games...

So What happened? Well....Kukubird started ksing my party and we said stop....nothing happened(didnt say or do anything) and just kept it going ...so then im like "stupid kuku" and as i said it so did some one else in pt along with calling him a bot. so anyways 5 secs later he runs in and declares a war? im like " ok, what was that for? and hes like " you called my brother stupid"...anyways....30 secs to war starts and i told him i would just not fight and continue to pt with my guild and about 4~5 more ppl shouw up from is guild..guild war starts...so does the killing >< i didnt do anything...i said i didnt want to war...but they siad horrible remarks and other things and just kept it up....right away i bought blessing of isya from store...it came in handy.. considering andrewm who is in my guild lost ALOT of exp trying to run to get pots...turns out he lost all his exp beside the item merchant and pot lady?
here are some questions...
1. i thought u can loose exp in town? is that area out of town bounds
2. Why is your brother playing your account...knows what he is doing and ksing us well he dosnt talk?
and 3. I talked to kukubird bout the ksing....he said its outsparks falut for not making a block about that... so ya...if you were in town tht day you heard me freaking out cussing ....yup..:cool:

The only thing evident in these pictures, from my view, is that they were training mobs onto people. Whether it truly WAS them or not, is a matter of disputable idea.

However, for the most part, most of these war declarations were not against the ToS. They can war you for almost any reason, at any time. They CAN fight you outside of town, that is NOT illegal. What IS illegal is fighting that war outside of town by dropping mobs onto people, causing them to lose exp.

If they war you to harass you or prevent you from levelling, that too is illegal, but infinitely harder to prove. However, to side with you all, given that I've had similar experiences. I will say that Kukubird is a real jerk.

My static and I were in Uruga at the time, fighting Orcs at the bottom of the ramp, the one right next to Healer Pooring. We'd been there for QUITE some time(I'd say 4+ hours), fighting peacefully and mostly minding our business(and yes, I was actually rather quiet that day, a rare thing as I'm usually rather talkative). Down comes Kukubird.

We think nothing of it, and simply continue grinding. Kukubird outrightly attacks our mob, without regard. We ask him to stop and please leave. Nothing harsh said here. This continues for a while, and my boiling point on stupidity is reached. I told him to back off and that doing it after being asked to leave and stop, would be, by me, considered direct harassment, and reported as such.

He DID stop, but he backed off a bit, and got in his house. I'm wondering if at that point in time, he was considering warring us because he was conducting himself illegally, and by these pictures, it's a distinct possibility, but you guys have to realize that very very little done here can be looked at from either side as a case of harassment, and that is the sad yet inevitable truth.

Let me deal with this little post, guys. I'm gonna be quite frankly honest with you, Heioko. You think it's not your problem, or you're nice? No guild is perfect? We realize all this may be true, but sadly, you're forgetting something.

The admins have war declaring ability, but as far as using it for bullying purposes are concerned, that is not allowed. Secondly, no guild is perfect, true. However. It is the responsibilty of the guild leader to keep his guild under the thumb of the rules, and as some guilds have been outrightly disbanned(as can be seen by some of the complaints made on the forums), then my guess is that by associating continually with people who have negative influences on the game, then said guild leader and members are held responsible for not taking appropriate action.

Let me put it this way. Say you're a child in your parents' household. You go and break a neighbors' windows. You are not reprimanded by your parents, but they know about it. You continue this activity, and do not get punished. Eventually, the police find out. Who gets in trouble? Your parents.

This scenario can be likened to guild based gameplay in the circumstances of user abuse and harassment, and although I do not speak on behalf of OutSpark, I can certainly say that they do not stand for harassment or troublesome players. I have noticed this by a clear GM reply to in game abusers in the past, and honestly, you have some bad seeds in your guild.

You should do the smart thing and get rid of the problems, and not be so belligerent in your playing of the game. The Guild Wars are meant for casual enjoyment and a peaceful alternative to grinding. Remember that well.

"You don't stop/delay/react to an action, you agree with it." That kind of mentality. An admin had to start the war, and you were quick to let us know you were an admin. 2+2 here unless you're with-holding info here, but given that you didn't reply to Hero's pic directly, I doubt this is the case.

And yeah, the truth does leave a bad taste in most people's mouths. Most people can't handle it.

I logged off..so basically I (and those two guild members) were being prevented from leveling. they both left the guild because of it. thanks~

1. im not trying to make AG faulty,they themselves did. These things happened right after i log on in uruga, these screen shots provide more than enough evidence can prove that they were having fun to kill afks, and after that hunting Ultima for more fun. [and yes, one of them mentioned "let's war crimson", even tho i was the only active member in uruga that time, besides that, they wared us 20 hrs ago]

If you have proof of this claim I'd gladly hear it. But as it stands, I have not seen them do any illegal activity to this day. I don't hold favortism. I've warned guild members themselves for illegal activity, as well as possible banning for keeping up said activities. If it is something I have no hand in, I'd gladly leave the guild immeadiately.

As it stands right now, I can't be against a certain side since I have dear friends in both Crimson and AG.

Knowing Kukubird as a friend, he's really nice and it would never seem like he'd do anything like what was described on this thread. Sure, AG might've annoyed me at times but if I were to complain about a guild, it wouldn't be AG since a lot of guilds have faults and whatnot.

The screenshots provided do tell me that maybe AG has had a few too many wars or something but nothing that would make me think "ehehe AG's evil let's go flame them on the boards...!" especially the way you have. I know that guild wars can get aggravating and I agree with lordalden that it's an alternative to continuous grinding but honestly I think you just have to accept and deal with what's happened.

Owning both Snow and Tempest, I've experienced sudden wars -- some friendly and some because of problems my members have caused but you don't see Snow or Tempest being warred all day or warring all day. All we do is sit around (okay sometimes Cryotic likes to go overboard and insults people just for a war to happen) and wait for whatever comes our way. If war happens, we'll either fight back or we find an alternative to not jeopardize our members -- especially the lower ones. How? We talk it out. I'm sure if you guys just spoke to some of the more civilized members, the result would change -- even if just a bit.

I'm pretty sure someone will find a way to flame me about this post but I could care less right now.

Now to side with Crimson...

I've known SetsunaXIII for a while, that's why I would never go against Crimson_Synergy (... okay that and because your members are pretty epic) so I won't say AG's completely innocent. I would like to make one last final remark on the matter or should I say its resolve:

Many people left this guild after this incident... even including Miro himself.

Now the guild master is heioko who I already knew was a good guy and an old friend. He told me that he was trying to change the guild for the better and if he failed he would leave it... Personally, I think one can not ask for a better solution: a new leader with a good new attitude. I'm sure with him as leader things will shape up and everyone deserves a second chance.

That is all... thanks much heioko, I wish more players out there had your attitude and your resolve and maybe this game and this world would be a better place...

Your screenshots just show how Orcs follow us in town, and accidently they choose other player as target..we don't want to kill any afkers! As a matter of fact..we'r the one getting trained while vendoring(happen to me 3 times in last 2 days)

About last screenshot..if u come hit us ..run outside of town..come hit us again..run outside..what u want us to do? we wanted in Elderine Arena,like last time with sbr666.
In Elderine arena last time we 1 v 1 with him by turns. We killed him fair and square![GM]WildFire was there but i think he was afk.

Naomie, from when inviting high lvl players in guild is bad, illegal or whatever!
We war when one or more members request for a reason or when more members request for fun(FRIENDLY war).

Thing is for all of you , here! Many members from other guilds joined us...so it's normal for you to get angry.They were our friends,we invited them in guild..and they joined! Simple as that..their choice,u can't force ppl stay in your guild!

Ended up i said i will think about it, and directly after he came to uruga and said "Invite me 2 party"

I invited him... he started again Please join the guild, and begging like a 10year old child.

He got rly mad because he thinked a "I will think about it", was a compleat yes.

After that he got mad at me and started being abit "Childish"

I am a proud member of Crimson_Synergy and as for thouse that left for whatever reason I say more power to them. But why would anyone want to leave we are a very Friendly bunch of peeps. Our toons will help your toon whenever you need it. I could be a high level yes but I and others in our guild chose to help each other. i am not going to sie with AG or Crimson Synergy the guild i am currently in But GWs Should be done as follows your guild declares war on said guild. That guilds admin or master if on should beable to deny a war. and another challenge cannot be issued for 30min or more. just a thought but my favorite thing is i was GW killed at last night while in merchant mode and as i came back to the pc it said (guild name here) won the war! Now thats rude to kill someone in elderine in merchant mode not saying any names because i dont even know if who it was i came back as the flash went away. but such is life other than that being rude i have no complaints about it

I'm not involving myself any further in the debate against/for AG, as previously stated, but Kuku was a cheater, and I've seen proof regarding this. He exploited a bug in game that allowed him to skip most of the cooldown for his Devastate skill. He even went on to explain this as being bannable in the screenshot, and there is a video with evidence of it as well. So rather, I do know much regarding the situation.

So I have just 2 things to say. Vendor not in Uruga. Do no party around Uruga steps, because that is now a number 1 Ksing spot and easy train. Simple.

Until more people take the time to report, and Gm get the proof they need. Not much else to do. Really up to everyone to decide that. Have a headache everyday, and get to the point they want to quit, or just have fun. Just like real life. Either go to a city with high crime and get shot, or go to a city that is safe.
