im sure he/she is meaning in lvl 50 areas ...however lvl 50 areas would be areas such as collapsed prison and beyond that point

The only T3 scrolls available with Nina that you can buy with fame are Aim, Evasion, Magical Def. Mentality and Curse Dispel.

the tier 3 vit production learning scroll is rumored to be dropped by mutant vampire bat, its in collapsed prison, i forget the location on grid but i can tell ya next time i log back on if you are interested to actually go kill it. i want someone to make tier 3 vit ><. ive killed it a few times, it dropped some chest stuff once

Do we? I've heard rumors that Piggy Bats drop vit 2 but have not ever heard anyone say they actually got one from a Piggy Bat. Also if they did drop from them then why do we have only 1 person who can make them on apoline?

tier 3 aim is not rare, its get-able through using fame to buy it. though that tier 3 def....yeah....i wish he would lower the price T_T.
