Beast dogtooth HQ, who drop?

HI,

I'm lvl 36 fighter (almost 37) and Step 3 in scroll prod.
I find it impossible to buy Beast dogtooth HQ even for 2s each from players as all i can find is chewy meat, lustered dusts, intact bones and others. NONE ever sell dogtooth HQ.

I do not have high enough composition skill so i can not make it out of MQ dogtooth (yet)

I want to ask you, could some one tell me which monsters and where drop Beast dogtooth High Quality.

P.S. When answering to my question, please DO NOT shorten the names of places, because i do not know.

I think monsters in Collapsed Prison and Uruga drop Beastdogtooth HQ. High qual are sort of like rare materials; so even killing these monsters might take awhile to get your hands on one of these.

It also drops in Goblin Camp as well.
You're best off going to CP or GC and asking if anyone has one they would like to sell to you.
