Do enhancement titles (apprentice enhancer) help out with your enhancing?

No sir. Sorry, but I wish they did. Or I'd whip out my Artist title and start flying by enhancements.

I wish all the new players knew this, I have my Enhancement Title on my mage at times, and I get numerous whispers asking me to upgrade thier weps for them. I will not upgrade your weps because if I break it I would feel bad.
