Supreme Titles

People say that I have the title supreme cleric. I know its a cleric but If I use another title will this title disapear when I remove it again?

No it won't disapere..
Its a bugg .. GM's has said that you can't remove it "yet".
One more thing that I'm not so sure of is the thing about you always have it no matter what title you choose it still will be supreme cleric for other players..

You can't get it before the patch came well I guess something happen b'cuz there is just feww ppl that get it Im 1 of them xP

just great i lost it when i switched titles. Well for some reason i have it in my title list and it says i cant use it.
