I suggest going full POW until you're level 30. Then start going into Pow/Men (2:1)or Pow/Sta (2:1). Personally, I'm going POW/MEN/STA (2:1:1). ;3 Some may think it foolish to dabble into three stats this early int he game, but I think it'll pay off in the long run.

Don't forget to put points into WIS if you want Blazing! (it's 6WIS for Blazing Level 1 when you reach level 36.)

wut kind of stats i put as a xenian at lvl 1-16

For xenian 1~16 - Put them all in POW. You'll get a restat once you change jobs.
