error #1812

[Savite]

Got a box for the Mara Quest and when I tried to open it I needed two slots and only had one. When box didnt disappear, I used storage to empty some slots and tried to click on the box again and it disappeared without giving me anything. Shows error #1812 Have pic but it is too large to download.

Help please
