GM or admin pls help me.. when i log in... then in open beta it wont appear.. instead of open beta.. previous connection detected would u like to disconnect(yes/no)..appear.. then back 2 launcher.. it happen when i teleported to candyvault then i got dc.. then when i log in back.. it appear..
admin or GM pleas help me... i want 2 play dis game.. my character DeoN archer

There have been some other on the forum with a similar problem. One of them I know was able to determine that a previously running game client task was never completely closed, and a end task error showed when she restarted her computer. I suggest a reboot to determine if that is the case. If it still does not work you can contact the support team here: support@outspark.com. If you could, please provide them with the following details and they should be able to assist you in greater detail.
1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email
By default, this file is located at
C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe
If you for some reason are unable to obtain any of these details, just provide them with partial information if you can. Your information will help them locate the problem and solve the issue faster. Once they receive these details, they can then provide this crucial information to their developers to accelerate their progress towards an eventual resolution.
