Does this happen with only fiesta and have you intalled Microsoft Office recently?

I used to get this error when going into towns. For a quick solution press shift + z to hide all the other characters when entering town. The resolution I found that worked was uninstalling all the Microsoft Net Framwork (all of them) and then reboot your computer. That should fix it. You can reinstall the .Net Framwork afterwards with no fear of this error popping up again.
