What Happened to My CashShop purchase?

Hey, I was just wondering if some CashShop items take longer to appear than others?

I just purchased 1 set of 10 Perfect Red Eye (tier 1), 1 Crit Black Santa Suit and 1 Crit Black Santa Hat. I checked my character and the first two items appeared, but the Santa Hat is nowhere to be found?

Is this a known glitch? Did I just get robbed of $125 SparkCash? Or will it appear later on today?

Please Help, as I do not want to spend more of my SparkCash until I know this is taken care of.

P.s. I relogged in twice to see if it is there yet but it is not still

Just to make sure, did you check your backpack in the Cash Shop?
Click this while logged in there:

If it is there, even if you're not logged in the game, then it is most likely a delay on that item in particular. If it isn't, I think you can PM CSR_Cretz.

Great, thanks for the tip. It didn't appear in my backpack, but its fixed now, I think it was a web browser problem that didn't register the purchase right!
