Do people even use the hp/sp regen pots?

Yes, some people do. I have a friend that uses them constantly. I, however, see them as a waste. Either that, or the regens should be available before the others becuase they give you less hp and sp than just regular hp/sp potions. So, yeah, they are useful on low lvls.

I agree with generaldave, on low levels they are usefull.

If you are going for profit, stick with the regular potions. You can sell full stacks of potions for 40c all day. In order to sell a stack of regens, I usually have to sell for 35c.

That's 40c a piece and 35c a piece, not that much for the whole stack
