Weapons skills Bugged

Has anyone noticed that the weapons and when you use skills with them are bugged they like freeze your character and I know im not the only one who has experienced this before because my friend also has this issue whats up with this it's gotten me killed lol :confused: The only weapon I have that is not fully bugged is my 2h which is only bugged with fatal slash

It's not 2h all other weps freeze and 1h freezes on me on every strike
