But just incase, theres no way to access ZK on Bijou server, the portal is glitched.

Yup. I think it's been like that since around the time they had the last patch. *Has been afraid to level* I need that quest. Already past 55% on lv39. >.< This would be my last chance.

Its unfortunate they didnt fix this bug with the latest patch (atleast it wasnt mentioned, and im yet to check it for myself.)
Well if anyone can determine this for me then great.
And if it still isnt fixed i guess i have to hope for next patch XD!

I checked after the patch was implemented. Still no change to that issue. (And, unlike the Known Issues forum said, the Julian quest was not fixed.)
So, as far as we can tell, what was fixed was what they said would be fixed when the patch maintenance came out.
