Perfect Red Eye (tier 1) not working right

I had just finished my level up quest and got my rumen sword and went to the fiesta store and bought a perfect red eye (tier 1) and gave it to my level 20 warrior and started enchanting my weapon and it broke, which on the store description said: that the chance of a weapon breaking was decreased by 100% but which is totally different from the game description which said: that equip able items chances of enchantment was raised by 100%. which seams unfair but could this error be cleared up for future players so they don't wast money in the real world and in the game. If it is possible i could get my rumen sword back that would be great, if not i understand. Here are pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

Hm? Are you complaining about the wrong ingame description? It doesn't break with a perfect red eye but it can fail.

This is why you never pay money for a game.... Especially a first year translation game. Why..... would you pay money for virtual items, especially ones that are on a timer.....

That's not true. The descriptions in the shop have all been corrected for a while now. It just takes longer to fix it ingame because Outspark doesn't have direct access to it.

And yet, runescape, a crappy graphic game, has no monthly fee,(unless you want membership), no store for its items in the game, everything can be obtained in the game, over 1.5 million members, and yet.... still better than this new technology, anime cliche game... Do I smell inexperienced dev's? *sniff*

I am currently level 95 in runescape and see no need for (more)membership, it's just if you want to experiance more to the game.

when u were enhancing ur weapon did u drag the red eye into the little red box in the botom corner on the screen? i had the same problem before but make sure u r actually ussing the perfect red eye.
