Strange Bug: Golden Bat License no work

Hi, recently in the past day i get Golden Bat License and i have 2 days killing Golden Bat and not increase % for this license.

GM/CSR/Admin please solve this innusual problem.

Unfortunately many licenses from higher level mobs are not working at this time. There is, unfortunately, no ETA on a fix.

I myself have a Spade Trumpy and a Lizard Knight license on my mace that isn't working because of the same problem. :\

You need to be within 20 levels of the monster's level in order for a licence to gain %.

Im lvl 55 and my hammer are lvl 50, the monster is only lvl 62~65.
