I think you could have a quarter more pow if you skipped agi ^.^
But try the build and tell us :=)

I'm thinking that like that it would suck till at least lvl 40+
It would be better to first stick to only pow or your damage on lower lvls would be awful for quite a while. As for men, hit isn’t necessary till much later when mobs actually start evading you more often, and the skill crit or skill spamming needs you to have a men higher than 10 to actually matter and it would anyway be useless without a decent enough base damage. And for agi, squires don’t get as much evasion as neos, so don’t expect to see the misses flying though it will still help, the attack boost is lower than the one you get from pow (so if you’re going for that, forget it) but then again is not a bad thing and finally for crit or an increase on attack speed you will anyway need like 15+ agi for it to make a difference and since you should anyway be spamming skills, it’s worthless.
Then again, the idea is not necessarily bad, but instead of going on an absolute ratio build, you are better off with priorities, like putting all pow till you have like 32 of it, then 16 agi (so you get the best of it, while at the same time getting some increase on you attack) next going for men till around 10~12 of it (or you could go men first, then agi, up to you) and finally (by now, you would be somewhere around lvl 47), going back for another decent enough batch of pow. And if you look at the numbers, it’s rather close to the ratio you provided, but you will actually get the stats on amounts and moments that will actually help you out.
