BLOODLUST guild glitch?

Hello. I have a character named Keeter_2 on Bijou server in the guild BLOODLUST. I walked into Eld from CP tonight and I froze up. My other characters can log in just fine, but not him. After reading through the forums before posting, I read that guilds can get messed up and freeze players out.

The threads also said to tell a GM so they can look into it, yet nowhere on this site that I can find tells you how to contact a GM.

So... is anyone else in the guild having problems? and how can I let a GM know there is a problem with my char?

Ok, more than one of us guild members having the same error at the same time, I'd bet it IS a guild glitch. How to we get someone to rectify this?

For future reference, how does one 'message' a GM? Are you talking in game or on the forums, and is there a list of GM's somewhere, or do you have to 'just know'?

So many problems would be handled better if there was a staff of GM's answering problems though an in-game reporting system.

Oh man im from Bloodlust, and my chara is blocked at Elderine!!!

Hey um...I'm from the bloodlust guild too, I coudn't play fiesta when i logged in today. My computer freezed...well the scene didn't move so I had to restart my computer. Somebody tell me how to fix this problem or something please.

A GM knows about it now and should be fixed soon

well it better, cause I'm not going play this game or something anymore if I lost my lvl 33 cleric with lots of stuff and everything! I worked real hard to lvl up and earn money :mad: :(

besides, if it can't be fixed or something those ppl who buyed thing from fiesta store might regret =/

It will be fixed. It has happened to other guilds and they were able to play again. It will just take a bit of time for them to get to our problem. (We're probably in a list of 1,000 things they need to do today)

It's good that more guild members are posting in here though, cuz we may need a list of names to remake the guild. (Last time this happened to a guild they fixed it by just deleting the guild)

Does this happen to those ppl who aren't at guild?

I don't think so. From what I can gather, it happens when a guild leader or Admin writes a guild announcement that is too long. (over 25 chars) When we load into a zone, it loads all of the information about your character. You will notice that when your character freezes, it is right as it is loading the guild name above your head, because something it looks for within the guild info is corrupt.

This only has to happen once before people learn how to not make it happen again. You can be sure that if Bloodlust is reborn that we will know better next time.

We are back up guys, but Bloodlust is no more. If the guild leaders want to remake, look for a post by them in the appropriate forum section (I'll link it here if it is made by them)

I'd like to thank the GM CSR and Admin's that helped us in our time of need.
